- My husband and I celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary twice! And skipped our 20th. And neither one of us realized. Oops!
- I love to camp. Sitting next to a campfire making s’mores is the best!
- I paint in watercolour and acrylics. Mostly naturey abstract kind of stuff.
- My house is over 110 years old. We are always renovating something, it seems.
- I would rather be in the woods or near the water.
- By profession, I’m a medical laboratory technologist. I’ve worked in haematology, blood bank and microbiology.
- I have 3 novels in various states of revision.

The anniversary, oh gawd we are awful. So this year was our 23rd. I saw someone post something on Facebook and I thought, hmmmm…there’s something about today. And I realized it on the day of our anniversary. I looked at hubby and said, “do you know what today is?”
“No, what?”
“It’s the 28th. Our anniversary.”
Well you would have died if you saw the look on his face! Too funny. It was sheer panic.
So then he said, “well you forgot too, so I guess we’re okay, right?”

I love old houses. You should do a house tour blog post someday! My son is a Molecular Biology major. He still doesn’t know exactly what he wants to do yet. Ha ha. 🙂

No worries! I suspect the pingback thing is related to being self hosted. I have the same problem! Every once in a while it works so its really weird!

The weird thing is that I see pingbacks on my friend’s self hosted site that I host for her. She has the same template and settings as my site (I set it up for her!)
So, I have no clue what the deal is
